Tuition and Other Expenses
The cost of tuition include instructor fees, housing, use of FSHS equipment, anvil and quality basic hand tools for the student to keep, as well as horses for the student to shoe and is broken down as follows:
Introduction to Horseshoeing Course (Six Weeks or 288 hours) Tuition $ 3,700.00 Deposit $ 250.00 Books & Supplies $ 350.00 Anvil & Hand tools $ 1,200.00 Total $ 5,500.00
Basic Horseshoeing Course ( Eight Weeks or 384 hours) Tuition $ 4,700.00 Deposit $ 250.00 Books & Supplies $ 350.00 Anvil & Hand tools $ 1,200.00 Total $ 6,500.00
Advanced Horseshoeing Course (Twelve Weeks or 576 hours) Tuition $ 6,700.00 Deposit $ 250.00 Books & Supplies $ 350.00 Anvil & Hand tools $ 1,200.00 Total $ 8,500.00
The anvil and hand tools will be acquired by F.S.H.S from supplier and presented to students on first day of school. Anvil & Handtools fee will not be refunded. This amount is less deposit of $250 previously paid.
